About.
Hailing from the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, Felix is heir to the Fraldarius dukedom — which he resents, given both its steep cost and its weighty expectations. He views himself as a swordsman first and foremost, eschewing the chivalric traditions of his homeland in favor of a strength-at-any-cost mentality; politics, like friends, are little more than distractions, and thus he seeks to separate himself from them at every opportunity.
(Or so he'd like others to believe.)
Personality-wise, Felix is generally terse, preferring to get straight to the point as opposed to dancing around it. He is blunt to the point of rudeness, and openly values skill and sense; he is particularly sharp-tongued around liars, hypocrites, and fools, especially those that refuse to think for themselves, but reluctantly shows a softer side to those he comes to care for.
Note: I default to AM, though I am open to VW and CF upon request. Any time during the war works for me. I also haven't played 3 Hopes! Though I'm not fussed about spoilers.

Abilities.
Felix is a highly skilled swordsman, widely believed to be the best that Faerghus has to offer, but is also proficient with hand-to-hand combat, various other weapons, and lightning-based magic. He also possesses a Major Crest of Fraldarius, which occasionally strengthens his attacks.
First impressions.
Visual. Here.
Fashion. Teal seems to be the Fraldarius' color of choice, and so most of his clothing will feature it in some way, shape, or form. Generally speaking, though, he prefers practical attire, with layers that can be removed as needed — see this for a more detailed break-down.
Demeanor. If he isn't swinging his sword, he's probably scowling. He stands straight, carries himself with confidence, and doesn't appear at all interested in what others may think of him as he makes his way through the world.
